When we promoted George to Ceramic Mould Manufacturing Manager we knew that he didn’t have people management experience.

He enthusiastically joined Whyy? Change on their Chartered Management Institute Level 3 Management and Leadership Apprenticeship.

He has not only completed and passed, but he passed every section with distinction!

Never think apprenticeships are only for those straight out of education… they are for professional development too and George is living proof of that.
