Titanium Casting Specialist

Requirements & Responsibilities

Proven experience in a modern investment foundry, you will bring expertise in titanium casting Grades 1-5
Familiar with the requirements of international standards and customer requirements (AS9100, ASTM, R-R, Safran, GE, P&W etc.)
Experience of developing shelling, melting, pouring and manufacturing processes from engineering / product designs
Mould design and manufacture
Flow software experience (Procast, Magmasoft, Flow 3-d cast, Novaflow or similar)
Fluent in written and spoken English
Experience of manufacturing for the aerospace / defence / marine and industrial sectors
Able to relocate to the United Kingdom for a minimum of 3 years

Degree Qualified
