We are thrilled to announce the appointment of Caroline Sharp as our new Company Secretary, in addition to her existing role as Financial Controller.

Caroline joined our team in May 2022 as an Interim Financial Accountant, bringing with her an impressive track record of over 24 years of experience in the finance sector, including 21 years at Doncasters Group Limited, where she served as Finance Manager. Her skills and dedication whilst working at Castings Technology were quickly recognised, leading to her promotion to Finance Manager after only 7 months of working within the business. In July 2023, Caroline further showcased her capabilities and was promoted to the role of Financial Controller.

Caroline’s work ethic, attention to detail, and effective communication skills have been instrumental in her career progression with us. These qualities, along with her extensive financial expertise, have made her the ideal candidate for the added responsibility of Company Secretary.

We have no doubt that she will continue to excel and contribute significantly to our company’s success. Here’s to the start of a new chapter!
